As the Choreographer and Artistic Director, Jun writes the movement script and thematic narrative for all Hybridmotion projects. Through movement invention and the fusing of different techniques and styles, he brings all our concepts to life.

As a Founding Director + Dramaturg, Mia primarily focused on the story-telling element of the work. She was instrumental in developing and conveying the concepts, emotions, and aesthetics of our different projects. Mia was active with the company from its inception until 2022 and still plays a role as a consultant from time to time.

Sarah provides ethical, strategic, transparent, and values-centered leadership for Hybridmotion. She oversees key administrative functions, resource development, financial management, and communications. Sarah is a collaborative partner with the Artistic Directors in leading, supporting, and empowering the Hybridmotion team.

Leah assists Jun with the conceptualization + creation of all Hybridmotion Dance Theatre projects. She oversees company dancers to develop and translate the vision of the Artistic Director. Leah has been working with Hybridmotion Dance Theatre since 2019.

Heather works to develop and oversee Hybridmotion's educational programs. She aims to bring a talented and diverse array of artists to participate in our curriculums, but also creates programming to share Hybridmotion's unique movement with others.

Together, Roo and Mouse provide rigorous oversight for all Hybridmotion projects.  Rest assured that all of our team's work is carefully scrutinized to make sure that it meets their high bar of excellence.
